Tge whole process was easy and straight forward. The photographer (I can’t remember his name) was great with my baby and Kathleen, the lady I purchased the photos from was so friendly.
Overall a fantastic experience.

Although I'm usually hesitant for my kids to have photo sessions at shopping centers (I have done one before and my boy at the time was not impressed, plus it's very open for anyone to see when the kids get changed), I ended up doing one as it was close to father's day and there was no waiting time and I really wanted some new photos. The session went well and fast. Just long enough for the kids to stay happy. We got some great pictures and the service at the viewing was fantastic. Wish I could remember the ladies name. She was super friendly and lovely, not pushy and tried very hard to get me a good deal.

Staff were very friendly and professional especially Sherree. I loved all the photos they took. I even won the monthly competition and had $1,000 worth of photo package for free!

How long do u have to wait for a product, still waiting for the acrylic block as u don’t have any for purchase at the viewing ... but u have to pay upfront, I was told 3 week wait (maximum) ... $320 for 2 photos is not acceptable. I was given feedback on this photography and I should have listened first time round. I won’t recommend imagine that photography to anyone, bad experience when it comes to receiving goods and advise for price of items! Still waiting for some form of communication on when it can be expected to be delivered.

The pictures are all very sweet and professional, and when we received the pictures from Kerri in Chatswood Westfield , she was Very cooperate, kind and lovely. I am really happy that I photographed my children that memorial photes, thank you all.

Because of their professionalism in all the after shoot issues and also the caring and understanding behaviour of the staff during the shoot.
Also the products are of highest quality.
The value for money is also great.

My bub was super cranky and fussy but they got some great photos of him. They really tried to get him to laugh and spent the time to make sure they got a good photo. Considering it was a free shoot and print I’m super impressed. Wendy was a great help when I went to pick up my print. She was genuine and not pushy when it came to me purchasing more prints. Will consider going to them again when my little one is a bit older.

My 2 yr old is very active and extremely hard to take pictures of however i was pleased with every photo Imagine that took!
