Definitely wouldnt recommend unless you want to spend a minimum of $600 on your photos. Absolute rip off, would have preferred to hire a local photographer for a quarter of the price.

I had a very good experience with Imagine That, the photos of my daughter were beautiful. There was some miscommunication with the person at the shoot about what I was receiving but when I had my viewing with Kathleen she was absolutely wonderful, her customer service skills are on point and she is very friendly which makes dealing with her a dream. I also had some help from Wendy who was also wonderful. Value for money I would say is a bit higher than some of the other companies you see but they are happy to try find a package that works for you instead of trying to up sell and push the pricier products on you. I did find the admin cost on the lay by very pricey though and would not have purchased without being able to pay upfront.

Great staff who made my camera shy daughter look like a natural in front of the lens! When it came to the day to view the pictures Wendy was very friendly and explained in detail all the packages they offered with their payment plans and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!

I met Kristie at garden city Brisbane last night to pick up my photos and she was amazing understanding about my payment worries and everything like that helped me choose the right package for me, my little boy was not happy in the day and a little unwell with teething so his photos were not his best but they did an amazing job and I loved them all :)

Our experience with the consultant sales person Pippa at Roselands Shopping Centre NSW Sydney was a good experience. Pippa approached my husband, me and our four kids in a professional manner along with our photographs. Pippa showed great enthusiasm when it came to her job and you could tell she knew what she was talking about when it came to the packages and what each package was providing. Pippa was understanding about our budget and what we could afford and wasn't in a rush to sell any package to us without explaining the packages so we understood. Pippa answered all our questions. Pippa was friendly and showed genuine interest in what we as a family were requesting in our final package.
The photographs were all so beautiful and captured our four beautiful children. Well done to Pippa for great customer service and caring for her clients us.

I had an amazing experience with ImagineThat photography for my lil Bub at the rouse hill town centre. The team was very patient and excellent with their work and the photos and packages offered really suited my budget. the quality of work is appreciable and I highly recommend ImagineThat for my friends and family in future.
