My canon printer broken down 6 months after purchase. I was recommended this printer repairer by canon as one of their nominated repairers. They fixed my printer under warranty but it took them 2 weeks to get the job done. Six months ago I took the printer back to them for routine maintainence and it took them 9 days. I didn't use the printer in the following few months and the printer does not work. I called them to ask if they will look at it free of charge as it has not been used since it was returned to me and they said that they would have to charge me $50 just to look at it.
