Wouldn't even consider leaving my fur babies anywhere except Imparra! Such friendly staff and owners, you can tell they all love your fur babies just as much as you do. Animals are always so comfortable and happy and love going back for visits. Quite reasonable in price. Even have a fun house with themed rooms and tvs! AMAZING!

very nice pet accomodation, good owners and staff who seem to care, average in price so if you're heading out that way, worth it, otherwise not really close to anything.

These guys are fantastic. I left my beautiful tabby with them for seven weeks when my husband and I went overseas. We came back to a very content and happy looking cat. The place was very clean and tidy and also spacious which is what I looked for - I wanted maximum comfort for my boy! I now have two cats and will definitely be happy to leave them with Imparra if we go away again.

We used this service for 3 of our dogs and the staff were super accommodating in fitting them together (we didn't want them separated for the length of their stay). The dogs came back healthy and happy, I don't think they missed us at all!

We have a problem kitty who gets aggressive with strangers. But I have no qualms about leaving him at Imparra. They know how to handle him and will happily actually go and check on him when I ring up mid holiday to find out if he's settle down. They will give updates if he's eating etc.

We used Imparra for the first time when our dog was only 5 months old. This place is fantastic. Very clean, extremely friendly staff who love animals. Everytime we visited there was always dogs in the play area with staff having a ball of a time. Great place to leave your beloved furry friend.
