Absolutely DISGUSTING! "Cleaning" was the very last thing on their minds when they apply this "service". After 3 attempts at getting it right, they finally did; but 3 visits, endless texts and phone calls later. This took so much time out of my days with all the running around after their sub-standard "clean"; I would have been better off doing it myself.

They advertise "bond recovery specialist" and if I had have taken their word for it and not gone through - I would NOT have gotten all my bond back.

I asked for a refund and was treated VERY rudely by the owner. She swore at me, called the apartment I was in a "dingy little place" and threatened to go to the police if I didn't stop asking for my refund. Not much integrity here and certainly NO quality. Find someone else if you want something "cleaned".

I never waste my time writing reviews unless they are GOOD ones, this experience has motivated me to do something very different from what I have done in the past.

Terrible cleaners. Don't pay upfront! My major complaint was the kitchen was disgusting and not cleaned at all, walls weren't cleaned, blinds, venetians, bath, both bathroom sinks, oh and yes the grubby floor that was mopped over yet was STILL marked along the edges of the rooms (no one walked around the edges of the rooms after your cleaners left btw)
Unfortunately they refuse to take responsibility for the lack of quality of work... btw after my fiancé & I re-cleaned the areas the 3 men worked 3 hours to do badly so we could get our bond back..
Very poor quality work was done. The Agent stated she'd never seen it before after a 'professional' clean.
Pity we had to wait 5 days til the Agent inspected the house before we knew how terrible the house still was.
It would've been nice if they had come back to check the work or sent the cleaners to finish the job we paid for but they refused instead you basically told me I was lying. Even after sending photos.
