BEWARE Don't risk it.... I paid over $7000 in fees for Matt for renovation engineering, I waited forever for my report and his engineering report was so sub par, that NO builder would quote on Matt's engineering. Council told me that the engineering will be rejected and to go find another engineer. I tried to contact Matt to fix the problem. Matt stone walled me but keep my $7000+ You got a bad reputation with councils and builders Matt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY>

Matt designed my concrete slab and did a very good job; adding piers for mitigations against tree roots and an easement. He knows his stuff. Low cost, fast service. Any issues sorted out promptly.
