Has great food at affordable prices however the service was a bit slow - perhaps due to the busy lunch crowd but despite this I would still go back. The roti canai and the dosai are great value for money.

Authentic Indian cuisine but at a very affordable price. It is a heaven for spicy food lovers. If you are not a fan of spicy food (just like me), you will find the butter chicken and the sar ho fun are so irresistible.

The only down side is the place looks like a fast food store. Do not expect to get restaurant standard table service coz it's mainly self-served. During peak hours you might need to share a table with others too.

the curry is good, the roti is great, chinese hor fun is ok, but that's alright, a indian cooking chinese, that's worth a few points. Price is not expensive. Nothing bad to say about this restaurant, will recommend it to anyone.

Approximate cost: $10 - 15

This is a great little place for some authentic Indian food. The prices are reasonable and there is enough variety to keep us coming back for more, although we eat the same favourites each time! Most times, it's difficult to pick what to eat so we try to share. My favourite is the Indian Rojak and my son's favourite is the Egg Sauce Hor Fun (not Indian but done really well). It's a small place and can get really packed at peak hours during the weekend so be prepared to wait for a seat.

Awesome beef briyani! Prata texture were perfect! Who cares about cramping into the small restaurant... I will definitely go back to try other food on the menu!

Very good indian food, even better than the one in Vermont South.
Places can be crowded on weekend and need to wait awhile for seat.
Even though they are busy, the food is served pretty quickly.
I would say, if you crave for Malaysian style indian food, this is the place to come to fix the cravings.

My family visited the India Delights Forest Hill on 10 Sep 2013, and really enjoyed their food which were one of the best in town. No restaurants at Glen Waverley can match that quality of India Delights. Plan to visit one or two times a month from now on.

Approximate cost: $10

SI almost rated this restaurant with top stars except I haven't had a dine in experience there & it is take away that my husband picked up so I haven't seen the restaurant. According to hubby it is very modest with only a few tables. I take it that it is not somewhere you want for an OTT dine in experience.
But the food....it was recommended to us by a Malaysian who told us this is the place to go for noodles & laksa. We also found that it also has great satays, roti chanai, dosa, & amazing Indian Malaysian curries. I am salivating as I type :) You can tell that everything is fresh & the curry powder is top notch - & fresh. Their sambal is as I recall my ex- mother-in-law used to make & that is a compliment.

It is not expensive, either.

Approximate cost: $9-$15
