i opened a savings account to save for our first house in 2002 with high interest rates in which we bought our first house then had an account to save for investment property which we bought a year later, then had a holiday account, which we went around europe on now have just had our first child and have a term deposit for her through ing direct. we also have our current mortgage through ing bank, they are fantastic, any quiries are rectified asap.

I love ING Direct. They have fantastic customer service skills and an easy to navigate website. We've been with them now for a number of years and never had any issues with them. I highly recommend them.

Have had a Savings maximiser for several years and find it a breeze to use - checking on my account, transferring money in or out. No fees is obviously a great thing too.
