LOVE the savings maximiser interest rates and I also use the term deposits as they have a much better interest rate than other banks! Also the no fees is great!

OPENED AN SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT REALLY WANTED AN ACCOUNT THAT WOULD HELP ME SAVE MY MONEY EASIER WITHOUT HAVING IT AT MY FINGER TIPS WHEN I CAN BE COMPULSIVE WITH A KEY CARD.

I have been an ING Direct customer for many years. They offer a excellent savings account - their Savings Maximisier which has a great rate, no fees and no interest is lost regardless of withdrawals with interest being paid on any amounts in the account and regular bonus interest to encourage savings.

very happy with ing. easy to use. open 24/7 call centre. friendly staff. always get through fast. minimal Wait times if any. great service, good interest rate. keep u informed. no fee morgages. flexible loans. they dont offer credit cards because they dont believe in them. they dont have a brance to walk into. they dont have a everyday saver account. they believe no one should have credit cards because they dont help people. they want people to save their money and be in charge of it and responsible. i like that policy.

Excellent online banking system, which is fabulous to use for accumulating savings. Have been able to save for a car, easily, with the direct savings option, and especially enjoyed the interest bonuses.

Very simple online savings account with a great interest rate. Easy to join and even easier to use. Transfer money between accounts, although this can take up to 2 days to go through.

I recently changed linked accounts. The customer service operator was friendly and helpful, she had an aussie accent so I didn't have to ask her to repeat what she was saying which often happens with other help lines.

We have had saving accounts with ING for a number of years. We have had no problems with them and their interest rates for savings are very competitive. We now have our home loan with them. We never have to wait very long to speak to someone on the phone and all of the staff are very helpful.
