a friendly , yet professional staff and excellent service. this company did the blinds and curtains of my office snd three houses.

Quote is reasonable although patience is needed in the making of curtains or blinds as it's a small installation family business. Curtains especially look extremely artistic and seem insect-proof when it comes to common house pests such as ugly spiders that want to make an insect web trap on them, even the nastiest and most deadly Australian the Black Widow wouldn't make a living on these strong fabric materials, and of course, the solid clean white blinds installed perfectly recently.

Ive just had Interlux install their blinds in my new home. Right from the start the service I revived from them was great. The consultant who came out was very knowledgable, had a great selection and had some good recommendations. The delivery of the blinds was organised on the day I moved in. The installer was on time and was very professional and clean. My roman blinds and plantation shutters look great and the price was the best out of the three quotes I organised. Highly recommended.

I was recommended to Interlux, a local business, by a friend whose blinds I was admiring. I dropped into the showroom to discuss my requirements and Sebastian was only too happy to go through all the different types of fabrics available and organised a free measure and quote. Nick arrived and gave me suggestions that I hadn't even considered and the blinds have now been fitted. The installed was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. The blinds were ready for fitting exactly when they said they would be and the installer turned up right on time. I got quotes for similar blinds online, that did not include fitting or the pelmet I required for a sliding door, and these were more expensive than Interlux. Would definitely use again and recommend.

What can I say. Had all sorts of trouble with Interlux. It took them four attempts to get our outside blinds right. The first part of the service with them coming out to take measurements and the service man was lovely and prompt but that was the extent of their good service from them. I'm puzzled at how they are still in business. Have heard a lot of people have problems with them. They are expensive and I will never use their services again. Would never ever recommend. Sorry but you're going to have to pick up your act.

We got our blinds from here and we were extremely disappointed with them. They looked great for the first week or so and then we had problem after problem. I forget how many times now they had to come to fix them. It was extremely annoying as someone always had to be home and then we would be with out them for a week or more while they got fixed. We were constantly chasing them no one would return calls until we asked for the manager even then things didn't change. I would replace them if I could. It was and is very disappointing.
