my treatment was good however i met a lady in the relaxation lounge and there had been some mix up. I was sitting right next to her when a therapist came out and told her they would not be able to give her the 90 min massage she had booked because of some confusion and now that it was so late they could only offer her 30mins. She had take the day off work and paid extra staff to cover for her and they didn't offer her anything in compensation.

I wont be returning to this spa as I would be furious if this happened to me. It just showed how much they care for thier clients. 30 mins you barely lie down and relax. If i owned the spa i would have given her the 30 min complementary and offered her a discount for a return visit with some extra things thrown in like access to their pools. Which costs $50/ person and costs them nothing to offer, and maybe lunch or something.

So disappointing was hoping this would be my regular spa...

I was pampered before a romantic dinner date with my now fiancee. I had my hair and make up done as a treat. The make - up artist was very lovely and would love to go back again. Products used were very good and the end result was gorgeous.
