They stock really superior quality products, their baguettes are fantastic,.Their prices are a bit on the high side but I guess that is because they use good quality experiences. Very popular so you often have to wait a bit.

Definitely a Hobart institution, a popular spot for locals and visitors with a great selection of cakes, pastries, (love that beef and burgundy pie) fresh breads baked daily. Usually always packed for breakfast and lunch. Coffee is also great.
The staff are usually always madly running around but still manage to smile and have a friendly manner. It also has a nice atmosphere as it is situated in one of the many historic buildings throughout Battery Point.

The pastries and coffee's at this place are grand and delectable. The atmoshere is calm and relaxing, and it's a perfect brunch spot. I love the huge windows that let in all the light and give the place a wonderful old world charm

We live just down the road from here and enjoy the 'local' feel to the place. It also attracts a lot of passing trade with tourist wondering the side street of the history village. The service is usually prompt and with good humour. Pastries, pies, bread are all very fresh as they seem to be baking in the back room at all hours of the day.
