Ashgrove makes the yummiest cheese. My favorite is the wasabi cheese, which is alot nicer than you'd think. The wasabi and the cheese is an excellent and insired combination, and a great addition to any cheese platter.
The Gourmet Sauce company makes some amazing produe. The sewwt berry sauces are to die for, and they provide lots of recipes to use your purchases in. I love the cumberland sauce for game meats the best.
This is a place where you leave this century behind in. The goods are woodfired, so you get an amazing flavour when you bite into the brad or cake. I love the ambience of the place, and can't recommend it highly enough. YUM

Good music and great food, this is a great place to relax after work with a few friends, a few beers and a few tunes. It can get pretty crowded so it's a good idea to get in early, especially if there is a good band on.
Approximate cost: $20
This is one of the premier foodie places in hobart. Nina makes her food with the idea that each item needs to be a work of art, and she succeeds. The food is delishous and great value for money.
