Have been here twice now, just for coffee, both times I have had to wait quite some time for it and then to find my coffee to be warm rather that hot, a bit disappointing. As much as I wanted to try some cake, I wondered how long it would take before I would receive it. The staff are friendly, I just found them a bit slow and will try somewhere else for coffee next time.
Good little shop to stop and have coffee and cake and a chat with friends, staff and very friendly and welcoming all ways a bonus to keep you coming back
Frank makes the best cuppacino. I don't like my coffee too hot, and he was happy to accommodate to my liking. The cakes, slices and biscuits all look amazing, my favourite is this banana cake. It is just so yummy. The service was great, and all done with a smile. Frank makes you feel special. And that's why I'll keep going back.

The best coffee ever and what great service, I always meet my friends there for coffee and a chat. even when you are not there to buy a coffee they always say hi as you walk past.
you were lucky, I had to ask at the counter 2 times when my coffees would be served & on the third approach to the counter was told to wait 'cos he had to check the service dockets, I advised waiting 30 minutes for a "quick coffee" was long enough & he knew what he could do with his coffee cup
Pleasureable and wanting to return for there great great and excellent array of snacks to suite all tastes and have a great range of vegetaruin food. My friends loved it as well

Prompt service nice incentives eg -offer for a free coffee after spending about $20 - fresh healthy food options too. Not noisy atmoshphere compared to dining hall competitors!!
