was waiting to be served the other day (with my daughter who is in a wheelchair) along with four other people & the sales assistant (the one with an american accent) said I'll serve that lady next (yes she was the last to arrive int the line) because she has a purchase ready to be processed. My daughter had an item on her lap ready to purchase as well. The woman completed her purchase in what seemed like an eternity then the assistant saud he would serve my daughter next. She advised the elderly gentleman next to her was next & insisted he be served. The gentleman only took a few seconds of time & was on his way with the information. The sales assistant asked another person if he could help them (good it was actually his turn) Lastly my daughter was served. there are 2 complaints, firstly the lack of staff (only one sales assistant on the shop floor) & secondly his attitude & manner stank.
Not only do they do excellent cakes they do catering as well. I had a dinner party for 12 for my wifes 60th. & Robyn (the owner) cooked a FANTASTIC 3 COURSE MEAL. I don't think there is anything culinary Robyn cant do.
On two occasions over the last week I have entered this store & the 3 sales staff were talking to one customer & although I was browsing for over 5 minutes no-one approached me to see if I would like assistance, needless to say I went elsewhere to make my purchase

five star rating service for the last 20 years, if I had an urgent problem he would always try to fit me in to his work schedule if possible and always advises me if something needs attention before doing the extra work
