Great online service. Helpful. Would use the online website again as it helped me search products i wanted to buy but didn't know much about. I love jb-hi stores as they have really good prices and i go there all the time.

Love the service I walk in someone walk up askes me can they help I tell them my need they do there best to fix it for me but they need a bigger store it a bit cramped as so many products

Have had a few problems with JB HI-FI online service. would prefer to go into a store and purchase a product myself so it never gets lost in the mail again. I do have to say they are great though with understanding your concern and getting another sent out to you but its just to much complications to get through to them.

I have ordered online many times, the product comes fairly quickly, the staff are friendly and efficient when they let you know your product has come in. Great prices for all you entertainment needs

The service given by JB HI-FI is excellent and has a wide variety of products to purchase from. There postage and handling is very fast and reliable. Would recommend the service to anyone thinking about shopping online for great products.

I'm not a big fan of online ordering but JB Hi-Fi Online are great. Their web catalogue is easy to use and find what you're after and many times the prices are better than anywhere else. Great for seeking out classic DVDs or DVDs on school booklists. Then the convenience of home delivery or pick up from the local store to save on postage. Highly recommended.

Recently went to these guys (Myaree store) to purchase a new Alpine head unit and then get it installed. Phoned up on a Saturday to confirm availability of the head unit before going in, was told it's in stock but that their installer was quite busy that day.

I went in anyway to buy the head unit at least, and after purchasing they were able to squeeze me in to have it installed that day. Only waited about an hour once I'd bought it to have it installed. They didn't call me once it was done (like they said they would), but all up, good service and workmanship seems good too, audio system works nicely!

i think dat duh jb hi-fi it is the best because it have so many elctrics so when people need them they can come to jb hi-fi to get their electrics.
