Sometimes JB's prices can be ridiculous, however they are pretty good at price matching to stores in the local area

Good site for ordering dvds, movies and other electrical items. Items listed are not always given though, I ordered a 50" tv over 12 months ago for $15 which was rejected, even though it stated online for that price.

I have had many orders turn up with cd cases cracked and damaged (limited edition signed cds). Shipping takes anywhere between 2 weeks and 6 weeks for things they say they have in stock then magically are on back order. Very disappointing service from such a large retailer. I have made about 10 purchases from the site and the experience is the same everytime.

Great service and safe and easy transactions. You do have to pay for postage and handling though and that will add to your cost. But saves you a drive and possibly long queues! So time spent getting what I wanted was much less compared to actually going into the store. Best for people who know exactly what they want.

So much easier than waiting in a mile long line..so loved the convenience of this...was easier to browse online that looking in store where products had been moved around..so easier to find what you were after..didn't mind paying the extra for postage as the convenience outweighed that...will use again and again.

Very good for getting DVDs CDs as they have a great selection. The website was easy to use, Price is fair. You need to pay postage though.

Great range of music and you can always find some great albums a good prices. I do still like having a CD

Ordered three CDs that I have been unable to locate in other music stores. The selection available was fantastic, website was easy to use, order arrived when on time and I would recommend this service to all my family and friends and to music lovers all over australia.
