Great services great movie collection service i have bought a lot of electronics from jb hi fi epping plaza and service is great if one has any problem they are very friendly people great for bargains all the time keep an eye out for these guys before shopping anywhere else too

A great place to go to for an array of things. They have the latest televisions and DVD players as well ad DJ equipment. They stock a huge range of DVD's and box sets, awesome prices too!!

This jb store, the staff are never there to assist you when you need them, the only time u see a staff member is when you are near the plasma or expensive products section. Do not greet you with a smile and always too busy to assist, even on the phone, very bad customer service, all they say is its best to come in.

Great services i went to buy the movie death note and the guy and me had a great chat about the movie he really helped me find which was better to buy the single dvd or the double with death note 1 or 2 so i got both and was cheaper then if i bought sepratly so i was wrapped

I bought a LCD TV which they thought was in stock for me to pick up at end of the week but when i came in to get it it hadnt arrived. They were very helpful and couldnt apologise enough, they then stayed in contact with me letting me know what was happening with the TV. They turned an unpleasant experience into a good one even throwing in some freebies!
