Ive been to this jb hi-fi only a few times and find the service very dissapointing while the shop is great itself great prices on most things well set out and easy to find the staff seem to be lazy always taking amongst them self i went to the counter on one occastion and everyone else got serviced before me when i was next in line so i ended up walking out will never go back to this one will go to kotara instead

Admittedly, I usually goto Kotara or Charlestown, this store is quite large and well set out. The only issue is that parking can be quite difficult, and you need to park in KFC, Harris Farm, or Hungry Jacks.

I purchased an ipad yesterday, good product and good price but service was average. I asked for two seperate receipts one for the ipad and one for the accessories but I still ended up with them all on the one receipt. They did not listen!

This store has the biggest range of DVDs, CDs and TV shows. There are always some great specials as well. They have a good range of electronic equipment and accessories too.

I bought a Soniq Blu Ray player for $96 and the one I bought was faulty, the staff there where great and friendly, the DVD that got stuck in the Blu Ray was safely removed without a scratch.. Everytime I go in the staff there are always friendly and the prices are always cheap!

Jb HiFi is renowned for its huge variety of CDs, DVDs, blu-ray, computers, entertainment and other electrical goods. The Glendale store is no exception. It is huge. They are always willing to negotiate price on the larger electrical items and they have a range of CDS and movies that no where else can beat. While their larger items (computers, TVs, sound systems etc) are extremely competitive on price, their DVDs and Blu-Ray aren't. They are cheap yes, but without fail, Big W is always cheaper even if just by a dollar or two. However, what sets JB HiFi apart is that anything they do not have they can order in for you, and they are more likely to have exactly what you are looking for. The Glendale store I cannot commend on customer service. They have been two occasions where my husband and I have waited a full hour for someone to come serve us. Plenty of staff saw us looking interested in an item yet no one approached us because it "wasn't their area". Thie customer service has huge areas of improvement in the Glendale store.

In my personal opinion this would have to be one of the best JB Hi-Fi Outlets in Newcastle. Apart from being easy-to-access with a great deal of car parking available, the store's staff and customer service is excellent, and,not once have I been left to wander about the store without being addressed by a helpful and motivated member of staff. Clearly this store's staff is exceedingly proffessional, it is because of that and the wide-range of stock and the good set out of the store I will definitely be returning again.
