I bought a Soniq Blu Ray player for $96 and the one I bought was faulty, the staff there where great and friendly, the DVD that got stuck in the Blu Ray was safely removed without a scratch.. Everytime I go in the staff there are always friendly and the prices are always cheap!

There is a reason Woolworths and Coles has a section of registers for 12 items or less, Aldi is horrendous for people who want to purchase one or few items. I have run into get paper towel and ended up standing in line with people who have trolley loads of stuff - there are a few decent/kind people who allow people like me to go before them - but then you can't keep letting people go in front because you'll never get served. PLEASE ALDI make an express lane for people who want to shop for a few items!

They have a great range of wool and craft items but the service and register setup is disappointing. When people buy material the rolls are very heavy most times and they have to stand in line with people who buying small items like beads and wool. There should be a line strictly for material purchases, this will also make it fairer for people who are buying smaller items because measuring, cutting material take a lot of time.. and when you one ball of wool and want to get going it is very frustrating most times I have just left the store and went to spotlight where the service is quicker.
