Went there to get a smart TV a month ago. Thought I got the best deal so I ordered it, but they didn't have any stock left so I had to wait a few days for it to arrive. During the time I accidentally found the exact same TV selling cheaper at the Good guys so I took a photo of it and went to back JB Hifi and they immediately beat the price and refund me the money !!. So they do beat competitors in pricing. Good to know. I also shop here often. I find that recently in the last few years their services has downgraded esp by the floor staff. Most of them aren't very helpful.
