Rang Ipswich store for information regarding getting a phone sent to my address. The male I spoke to said he can not do that and promptly hung up. I later discovered that you can buy online and have it delivered to my home. Why didn't he offer this service. He was extremely rude and had a very bad phone manner. I will not ring them again.

good value on many games, staff quite friendly and helpful when it comes to small ticket items. Never a bad experience however did ask advice on tablets one day and was told the specs are all online these days, no brochures, and the staff member did not offer advice or info on the performance or hardware. i barely knew what tablets were used for or what they could do or what programs they could run. i was none the wiser on leaving the store... basically just told me they were all good and to come back when i had decided on one!

A great place to shop, one of my favourite stores. Very helpful staff and great prices. Easy to find what you are looking for.

The staff at the camera section of JB-HI-FI Ipswich are just lovely and have always helped me with my photographic needs. They beat competitors prices and have no hesitation in ordering something in if they do not stock it. AAA+++

It depends what you are looking for. They have a good range and great prices on most occasions but sometimes a better deal can be found elsewhere. Sometimes u can get a discount.

This is my favourite store for electronics, cds, dvds, and games. Its a great addition to Riverlink. JB Hifi always have very competitive prices and fantastic specials.

The staff assisted me and showed me the items that I was looking for. When I finally found the item I wanted, I asked if I can be given discount and he agreed to give me a discount.

Large store which contains everything you need. Staff are nice but I find every time I am in there I have to wait for a long time at the check out. Staff on the floor are quite helpful.

Its great that JB Hifi opened at Riverlink. So close to home as JB Hifi has the best variety for entertainment items. This store is always well stocked and has most of what we are looking for. The line ups for checkout can be a bit slow, but there is usually staff available to assist with enquiries.
