I bought a new Territory Titanium Diesel AWD from Jefferson Ford in 2015. I found them very professional in the buying process. The Territory has been serviced by them only and I cannot fault their customer service. Based on my experience I would highly recommend them.

Purchased a second hand vehicle there with a 3 month warranty. During the three months the engine light kept coming on even though I returned it every time it did. On one occasion they had the vehicle for two weeks and they told me there was a problem with the timing chain. Once warranty was over timing chain snapped and whole engine had to be replaced which cost a small fortune. Plus a condition of purchase was the rear tyre was to be replaced as it had a slash in it, and when I got a flat on the highway I realised they had just swapped it with the spare. Too trusting.

Took my old car there to get it serviced several times as it was overheating. The first time they replaced various bits and pieces and told me it was fixed, the second time i made sure they told me before they replaced anything. One of the things they wanted to replace was something that they had previously replaced and should not have broken down in the time between the 2 services. I did argue this and they did offer to replace the parts for me at 'trade prices' however I did not want to risk it so I went elsewhere. I now have another car(ford) which I get serviced elsewhere and is significantly cheaper than this place.

I brought a new car from this dealer and had a very bad experience. Not knowing a lot about cars, when the dealer showed me my new car and the all the things it came with I didn't think to ask questions. A few months later I had a flat tyre, I went to change it and realised I had not been given a crank to lift the jack. I rang the dealer who said that the Ford service people must have stolen it from my car and he hadn't sold me an unroadworthy car. I couldn't believe that he would blame someone else and especially that he would blame his own companies service department! Needless to say I would never go to this dealer ever again nor advise others to use them.
