Everything about my experience was amazing!!! Santina looked after me so well and was the most helpful and beautiful person. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me find my dream dress :) Jenny and Gerry were so lovely. Gerry even let us in early as we arrived a bit early and he didn't want us out in the cold. Tonia's communication was fabulous with booking the appointment and emails back and forth about dresses I liked.

I realy wanted a traditonal cinderella style wedding dress. I travelled to Adelaide (as I live in the country) and after visiting numerous shops, no one could match the dress from my 2014 magazine (even though every retail assistant 'ooed' and 'aaahed' over how gorgeous the dress was). Jenny found the most goregous and perfect dress and got it shipped over night (as we live 500km away). And it was stunning. I cannot recommend Jenny (owner) high enough! She is motivated, determined, hard-working and an honest person. I will be recommending Jenny to everyone!

I bought my tea/ankle length strapless wedding dress from Jenny & Gerry's earlier this year. My service when trying on dresses was great, the sales assistant was very friendly and great at helping me into the dresses as a plus size (16/18) person. I ordered a stunning Alfred Angelo dress and was very happy when it arrived - when I took it to my dress maker for alterations she quickly informed me the dress was completely unlevel (with the front back and sides all varying between 2-4 INCHES in length) there was also some CUT lace hidden under the satin waist. This was very worrying - I got in touch with J&G's straight away and they squeeze me in for an appointment that week - at firs they did not quite seem to understand what I was saying about the dress and were very surprised at my complaints saying that it may be the way I was standing in the dress - when I put the dress on it seemed they understood the seriousness of it and they did then do the levelling of the dress at no cost. They also took photos of the dress to send to the suplier. Due to time constraints, I ended up getting the rest of my alterations there as well, and my dressmaker Sonya was very talented and knowledgeable, I love the caplet sleeves she whipped up with me with off cut lace from the dress. I would have appreciated if I was given a discount for the other alterations as well due to the issues with the dress and the stress of it all - however overall I was happy with the service they provided and the fact they were willing to fix the issue promptly. I did find they tended to run behind at appointments (i often came after work hours which seems to be their busiest times!) however this was not a big deal for me. Alterations in total plus sleeves was around $500.

Staff members were unfriendly. I came across 3 different staff members during my 2 visits.
One told us abruptly to make an appointment.
Second person who took my booking gave me the impression that they are too busy and do not require my business. i made the appointment anyway.
Second visit, i was left waiting 20 mins when i was finally acknowledged. I asked if i could look around and pick while waiting. She said is fine, and surely i was again abruptly told not to carry the dress until consultant is with me. That was after just over 30 mins late of my original appointment.
I finally tried a couple, when i picked one, price was way too pricey.
I have been to many shops then and so it was an easy decision.
In short, i find them rude,unwelcoming and arrogant. No other shops treat me like the way they treated me.

A very posh and welcoming place to visit for any bride to be. I recently visited here with my best friend who is getting married this year. The staff where fantastic with us and helped her try on a multitude of dresses. She decided to get her dress from here and the staff have been fantastic with alterations. I am also getting my maid of honers dress from them and am totally over the moon with the dress, price and service. Highly recommended.

I bought my wedding dress from here and it was great. Staff are fantastic and very helpful and help you every step of the way. However there is sometimes a long wait to get served. Biggest selection of dresses in Adelaide and worth the visit.

Jenny & Gerry's were fantastic in the lead up to my wedding they helped me pick the perfect Maggie Sottero dress and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted to. The staff were lovely and friendly and were excellent at the dress fittings as well. They have a huge range of dresses I highly recommend them.

My first visit to J&G was very eye opening as I had no idea what to expect or what dress I had in mind. The staff were very helpful and friendly but I would have liked a bit more time to look and think about dresses.

My first visit to J& Gs was great and the staff were super helpful. However on subsequent visits after having ordered and began paying for my dress I faced rude and unhelpful staff. They referred me to a dress maker who didn't do a very good job and on the big day the boning collapsed in the dress before I even made it out my house, and since I had been told not to wear a corset or anything underneath, and the dress maker didn't add the strap like she said she would, I had nothing to hold the dress up and it was very uncomfortable all day.
