largest range of wedding dress's in adelaide, they do laybuy and are afordable. only thing to complain about is sometimes the service is a bit rushed, you need to make sure you get them to pick out more than 1 dress, and make sure you have your most judging friend with you, or they will just make you pick the first dress you try on, which in my case was the wrong choice, im just happy I was able to go back,fix things and get the perfect dress! the second time round they were very very helpfull. guess it just depends on who is working.

jenny and gerrys really do have everything. on my three visits there i had very good service, excellent in fact, but i have however found the same items cheaper elsewhere.

Make sure u book an appointment before you go. The place gets very very busy & hectic. But the service is always spot on. The women take the time to understand what you're looking for & will always help you with a smile.

Loved the fact that you could go into this store and relax and not be overwhelmed by all the choices. I found the most perfect dress and found it really comforting that i had a good sales person that could help.

I went and initially was hating the experience, it was so confronting and daunting. Then one of the shop assistants helped me try on a few dresses and made it fun. We laughed together and she was totally honest with me. I found my perfect dress!

Wedding dresses were beautiful with a range of prices to suit all budgets. Several staff seemed to have a care-free attitude to customer service, with another customer waiting 45 minutes to collect her dress, even though she had an appointment.

I had my dress custom made through Jenny & Gerry's, which I was able to tweak to be the ultimate dress. They were so supportive & complimentary & their customer service was delightful. They are with you every step of the way, & aren't affraid to give you their truthful opinions if you ask for them. I chose an expensive dress, but they have such a good range that no matter what you budget is, they've got something for you.
