I have used this company twice to ship my dog to BRIS - SYD (and back) & the process was smooth sailing & I had a fantastic experience both times. It was quite exxy as my dog is 65kgs+ BUT well worth it with the excellent service.
Every staff I spoke to - including the delivery drivers in diff states were friendly & very helpful.
Cannot recommend enough!

I used jetpets to transfer my cat from Sydney to Auckland and then two years later back to Brisbane. All I had to do was make sure the vaccinations were up to date. They took great care of him ... I suppose. It's not the cheapest way to go. I think it was about $700ish. but they took care of everything.A huge load off my mind.

We recently used Jetpets to transport our dog from Townsville to Aberdeen in the UK. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Every little detail was communicated to us and we were promptly informed of a flight delay. We actually left OZ before our dog and Jetpets took care of everything, pick up from kennels, transport to airport, vet check and flights (She had four!). The agent, Nicole was excellent and the cost was well worth it. Our dog arrived healthy and happy! I wish that our furniture removals was as straight forward as the dog removal was!!!!

Jetpets relocated my cat from Melbourne to San Francisco and I can not recommend them any higher. They gave me all the information and customer support. Their handlers were very nice people who love animals and they got my cat bob to the other side of the world without much fuss. I am using them for the return journey too.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. We relocated from Brisbane to Melbourne & Jetpets took care of transporting our cats down. They looked after everything - booked the flight, provided the cages, picked them up from our place in Brisbane & dropped them at our place in Melbourne after taking them to & from the airports. It's a bit pricey but it saved a lot of stress as they looked after them really well.
