I am in my 60's and was sick when he arrived to replace 8 floor tiles and one small strip in the bathroom. I provided all the tiles he was here for no more than 3 to 3.5 hours and charged me $550 which was his original estimate based on about 6 hours work no reduction for reduced time. 3.5 hours equates to just under $160 per hour for a handyman, dishonest and ripped off! Do yourself a favour and don't trust or use this person. He lives in Carrum Downs but lists the business as in Braeside
