Jason is a very responsible and experienced trainer, he got diet plan, training plan, and everything we need. Differing from other PT, he also teaches basketball and this is our favourite part. Training with him is full of joy and achievement.

I Had an excellent experience & a great workout on my very first session.
Jason is an experienced trainer that makes you feel & follows up which is what I need. He also altered my diet plan and watching what I eat through calories count so I can get the best result.
I have been to other gyms and seeing other PT but I never got close to what I achieved today with Jason.
