Excellent from start to finish. The workmanship, attention to detail, advice & suggestions Joe provided were fantastic. He extended and matched an existing kitchen including upper and lower cabinets and bench top. The results are fabulous as a fair price and the service was everything we could have hoped for. No nasty surprises, just top quality, honesty and integrity.

We were particularly impressed that any questions we had answered without hesitance and in a timely manner, and that alot of attention to detail was given. We were also very happy with the intallation period (2 weeks).

When we had a new kitchen put in 3 months ago, my husband and I had very different views on what we wanted, we called a few companys, and then we found Joe ( thank goodness ). He spent time listening and advising and in the end what we have is a beautiful kitchen that is very functional for our family. Joe was a pleasure to work with and I would use him again.

A friend of mine recommended me to use Joe from JM's Specialised kitchens and cabinets when i told him i was after a cabinet maker to renovate my rental property. I called Joe and 2 other companies to organise a quote. One didn't bother turning up and the other quoted me way over my budget. Joes quote was $1400 cheaper and took his time anwsering my questions.

The entire job took four weeks from start to installation (new kitchen, laundry and vanity). Joe was on time every time and fulfilled all his promises. He cleaned up after himself and left the house how he found it. The quality of his work and attention to detail was really outstanding.

We sourced 5 companies and requested a quote from each for a kitchen island bench with stone benchtop and a study fit out (desk with drawers, floor to ceiling cupboard and shelving). One quote came in a little cheaper than JM's Specialised Kitchens And Cabinets and the others were quite a bit more expensive. Due to Joe's speedy response to the quote and the other recommendations here we decided to go with JM's Specialised Kitchens And Cabinets.

Myself and my partner are extremely pleased with the friendly and professional service. When Joe says he'll be there at a certain time he means just that. Not once was he was late which I find amazing considering the experience I've had with other tradesmen.

We had a new kitchen put in our house in Dec 2010. Joe was fantastic!! Professional, friendly and great value for money.

Joe's workmanship and attention to detail is second to none, being an old house the walls and floors were not perfectly straight and Joe made sure everything looked perfect. He was great to deal with and very patient providing us with the different options and helping us understand the practical side of any choices we made.

I would recommend JM's Specialised Kitchens and Cabinets, and we will definitely use them again as we continue our renovations.

I needed a new kitchen and found JM's Specialised kitchens and cabinets through WOMOW. After reading there glowing reviews i thought i'd contact them to organise a quote. We ended up using JM's for our kitchen and i have to say they do live up to there reviews. Joe was very patient, and always on time. He emailed me constant updates and met all that he promised. He wasn't the cheapest but was within my budget.

Had Joe come out and give me a quote on a new kitchen. He was 30 mins late but called to let me know he was stuck in traffic. The process took around 40mins - and at no time was their any pressure selling, rudeness or intimidation. We simply told me what we were after and he came up with a few suggestions of what might work better and showed us a few samples of his work.

We did get other quotes from cabinet makers but we felt they were more interested in closing the deal. One cabinet maker in particular which we wont name made us feel as if we were wasting his time and couldn't be bothered.

Joe on the other hand takes his time and emails you the quote after he leaves so customers are put under pressure to accept the quote on the spot.

Unfortantly we cant comment on the quality of the work as we haven't been able to go ahead with the kitchen as our finances has changed over the past month. But when we are ready Joe will be the first one call.

JM's completed my mothers kitchen a couple of weeks ago. She found them to be trustworthy, honest and patient. They turned up on time without a fuss and most of all their work is fantastic. They removed the old kitchen, organised other trades, and when she needed to contact him he was available 24/7.

Overall we would recommend JM's Specialised kitchens and cabinets to anyone who is after a new kitchen

We are happy with the kitchen JM's installed for my wife and I this week. They are not the cheapest but we used them because they use quality hardware. I called Joe the day after the installation as i noticed one of the doors was scratched and automatically ordered another door to replace the damaged door without a fuss.

Overall we are pleased with the finished product, and hope to deal with them again in the future.
