Bought a second-hand Toyota. Quite happy with the car but the salesman, Darren, didn't tell me until I'd signed up that he had only one key. And feigned surprise when I called to say that there were no owner's manuals in the glove box. $600 later for a second key leaves a nasty taste in the mouth and I would certainly never go to this dealership again.

My family have bought three cars from Arun at Kia Osborne Park in the last 15 months. Why do we return? Because the service is excellent and we feel we got great used cars for a good price.

I purchased a brand new Kia Rio exactly 1 year ago from Kia Osborne Park. I have had issues with my apple car play since I purchased the vehicle and I have attended the dealership on numerous occasions to have it looked into and it’s still not fixed.

Each time I attend the dealership, I need to take time out of my day to bring the car in and when I drive away, the issue is not resolved. I couldn’t be bothered bringing it back every time so Id wait until it needed a service or if a warning light came on (I have brought the car in atleast 5 times since I purchased the car). It’s so dangerous driving with the apple car play issue as the screen drops out multiple times each time I drive and it distracts me as I have to reconnect my phone in the car settings.

On the 23/7/21, I attended the dealership as I was getting a warning light on my dash. I told them that I’m still having issues with the apple car play and I sent them video evidence of the issue (for the 2nd time) and they said they will look into it. They had my car for over 5 hours and they only looked at the car within the last hour of having my car and they didn’t sort out the issue.

I sent an email complaint on the 27/7/21 due to the apple car play issue and the service I received. I spoke to the service manager and he advised that he was so sorry that I’m still having issues nearly a year on and he will look into it. He advised there is a known issue with the apple car play (no one in service told me this at all) and that he is hoping they will have an update in a couple of weeks but they will be in touch with me once they have an update.

It’s almost been 2 months since I attended the dealership and I have not had any contact from anyone. I sent 3 emails: 1 to the service manager on the 3/9 and another to the service manager again and service department on the 8/9 and no reply. Then I decided to email the salesman who sold me the vehicle on the 11/9 and I still don’t have an update or a response.

I contacted another dealership and I explained what has happened and they were shocked with the service I have received at Osborne Park. They looked at my car and said it’s a known Kia Rio and Picanto issue and to complete the Apple iOS 15 update and get back to them if it still doesn’t work.

I did the update and it still doesn’t work!!!!! They said they can’t help at the moment and they will speak to Kia directly.

I’m so angry and upset. I have contacted consumer affairs, the motor ombudsman and I have lodged a complaint through Kia directly as I have had enough.

My vehicle is still under warranty. I have purchased a good and it’s not working like it should.

I will never go back to Osborne Park Kia and I will not recommend them anyone.

They obviously don’t care about their customer once they have made their commission! Disgusting service!

I just had my kia sportage service done , I had to wait for my car until is ready and while waiting i was offered coffee,tea or hot chocolate so many times from the staff members. They were very friendly and polite.
Also I was very happy with the price and the quality of the service and the car was vacuum cleaned and washed as well.

I will be back for my next service

We just purchased a Kia Stinger GT 2020 from the Kia dealership in Osborne park . Ben crisafio was so helpful and had so much knowledge of the car we purchased .we went to other dealerships but the service , knowledge and price was the best at Kia Joe Criafio Osborne Park. Thankyou to joe,Ben and staff for looking after us. Highly recommended Kia Osborne Park.

I recently bought a new Sportage for my Son. The staff are very friendly, i also service my Cerato here. I have had two capt price services done which are quite cheap plus they wash the car for free. It took longer then i wanted last time, i was waiting for nearly an hour. However i am still very happy with the service. My nephew bought a used ford from the dealership and the car had issues after the warranty had ended but Joe still helped fix up the car which i thought was nice as my nephew was at fault for the issue.

So they say our SAAB tie rod dust boot has a small split and rather than just replace the dust boot, we should replace the tie rod assembly....okay, accept that on face value and although the cost (including part) is a bit exy, decide to go down that path.....Part arrives and we deliver the car....as I'm signing in, I ask whether or not they check their work with a wheel alignment....No, they don't do wheel alignments but will get one done for another $65....I'm taken aback, then how do you make sure your work is okay...and they say that's up to me whether I want a wheel alignment or not...I tell them that is ridiculous and he says don't take that attitude take it or leave it..so after speaking with Joe Crisofio himself I get the same "take it or leave it"...so I LEAVE it taking my pre-paid for part as well....Now if you think that's harsh, I've been a repair technition my entire working life and was being treated like a fool.....If you still think that'ts harsh, "google search" Replacing SAAB Tie Rod.......or replacing SAAB Tie rod dust boot..... and while the job is a simple one, there should be a guarantee the wheel alignment has been maintained...this mob could not guarantee it without me shelling out another $65 that should have been made known in the original quote......So I took Joe's advice and will "leave it" ....Just another kind anf caring dealer service provider....NOT.

I'm reviewing the mechanical service, not the car sales yard (although they were very helpful when I bought the car). Took it in for a regular service under warranty and I was a little shocked at the price as it was over $400 (much higher than the first service) but the car does run smoothly and they seem to have done a good job. I would suggest talking about cost before booking. The service centre is actually around the corner from the dealership too.
