Lie, Mislead, Poor Workmanship, Take More Money Than Quoted Price
Lied about pricing.. During first convo on the phone John said "We charge $230 to come have a look then they say the repair is $400 then you will get billed $400 but if you say no than it will be $230" well... they came had a look and charged me $300, added in extra $ saying ohh we also charge per 15min on top. (Fyi) Number of those billed minutes were while Johns repairer/tech was on the phone to John.

Got a pricing few hours later.. ~$830
$300 first inspection
$250 for the part (Funny story about part pricing)
$290 to come out again and install it
(He takes credit card details upon booking so)

Took faulty part without informing me.. (I found this out when I called to say we won't go ahead with the repair)
Told me they will get it back to me in 2-3 working days
3rd day told me if I want it I can pay to have it dropped off.
4th day, text me stating I can go get it myself *45 min round trip* (hanging from letter box in a plastic bag)

Back to part price -- Ordered same part from another reputable aircon place. At time of order, decided to replace all thermostats not just the ONE faulty thermostat which John quoted me $250 for.
Faulty thermostat plus 3 other thermostats in my system (set me back $150 TOTAL) Ordered original Daikin parts
The part John said is $245+ is actually a $50 part *Original from Daikin (Part no. 1718056)

RE: Call out $90 and 35 per 15 min block was NEVER mentioned to me until after I was told I will be billed $300

Called them out to install my split system was prompt and cleaned up after they finished, would recommend to everyone , 10/10 service

Never go with this business. I never authorised my credit card to be charged and John just charged it, causing cash flow problems.

Charged $800 for a new PC board for ducted heating which was not faulty and did not solve the problem. Now we need a new unit. Email and telephone calls not returned.

The service technician was polite and professional and seemed to do a thorough job of cleaning my wall furnace. However, they were not equipped with the right tools and was unable to complete a standard CO test . Emails to the company requesting follow up have been ignored.
