While I didn't actually stay here I visited the casino complex one night and had a good time.

The casino complex looks impressive at night time from the outside with its lights and design, but inside the decor seemed to be a bit old and could probably be a bit more modernised.

The casino was relatively busy but we were promptly served drinks without much of a wait. We are not gamblers but our friends are so we watched them play some black jack and enjoy the pokies while enjoying a few drinks.

Jupiters is not as impressive as Melbourne's Crown Casino but still provided us a great night of entertainment.

have been here a few times and the staff were so helpfull in showing me how to play black jack but i was lousy at that, they were very friendly in the barr and well the pokies was a different matter each machine i went on i won so that was worth the trip , the meals are supurb and i did not have to wait long for my meal to be brought to my table

The best thing is that there's a walkway directly to the GC Entertainment Cntr so if you're hosting or attending a function and need accomodation it doesn't come any more convenient. Rooms are clean but a bit small and probably are overdue for a makeover. Prices vary according to well... anything. Whenever I look up prices for them they have deals for this, that and the other and you have to phone them anyway

This is one of my most favourite places to stay because they have everything under one roof! You seriously don't need to leave at all. There are multiple dining options, from casual to fine dining, there is an awesome pool area with lots of cheeky lizards darting around which amuse my children to no end. There is also a pool bar & I have found the best way to spend a sunny Gold Coast day is to order Club Sandwiches down to the pool area & relax on one of the many sun loungers. There is also so many entertainment options, obviously the casino but also the theatre which always has something great showing, just last month I saw Tap Dogs. There is even a sit down comedy club in the Irish pub on the casino level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great time without traipsing all over the Gold Coast.

Slightly outdated decor, fixtures and fittings. Room was a reasonable size and bed was comfortable. Nice and clean rooms made up daily wih fresh towels. Staff friendly and helpful.

Have dined at Spinners often and have always enjoyed the meals which are tasty and quite affordable. Have always had great service from the staff.

Decided to spend a weekend away just for the hell of it and got greatly looked after with two nights in a suite in the casino, the rooms were amazing and the view was to die for, bottle of wine on arrival, and electric drop down curtains so a great sleep in aswell

Jupiters used to be a lovely place to stay. Now it is starting to get a little worn. Some of the rooms have been updated but unless you get a mystery deal at a good price there are better places for the money.

The Gold Coast casino is lacking in lustre in many ways. Our room was standard, nothing to write home about.. I would prefer to stay in Broadbeach itself, newer apartments over looking the ocean. Not highly recommended.

This place is really outdated and needs to be fixed, its location is great and with some money put into it it could be a great place.
