I'm a disability pensioner & 3 months ago, I was given a quote for a Roller Door that I accepted & paid the required deposit. Apparently Just Quality (NOT) decided to cancel this legal contract because they wouldn't make a profit & they couldn't even bother telling me until I queried it with them!

I had 6 plantation shutters installed by Just Quality on 7/2/24. The laundry shutter was mismeasured and unable to be installed, the dining room and double glass door shutters are scratched and visibly damaged (over 50 different scratches). The kitchen shutter is 10mm to small for the window despite being custom "made to measure". Both the bathroom and toilet shutters have misaligned doors and the bathroom shutter frame appears warped.
I have tried in vain for the last 8 weeks to have these issues resolved but I have been unsuccessful in speaking to anyone from management. I have contacted the company 7 times, both by phone and in writing to no avail.
The installer who was responsible both for the measuring and installation was asked by the company to return to my home and report the issues with ALL the shutters. This however didn't happen (as expected) as he didn't want to incriminate himself and therefore didn't report the issues he was at fault for.
I have now been ghosted by the company despite the installation not being completed and all of the issues not being resolved. I am past devastated as I saved for 2 years to buy the over $10,000 worth of shutters.
The purpose of this review is not just to warn others but hoping that management will finally contact me with a resolution. Preferably an uninstall and refund.
I am emotionally drained and have never been so stressed. The only professional in this company that I had the pleasure of dealing with was George and I'm really sorry you will miss the commission from over $300,000 worth of future sales from both myself and 6 other friends that have now gone elsewhere.

We are extremely pleased with our blinds. They give us the privacy we need from the outside without inhibiting the view from the inside. We’ve had some pretty big storms in the hills and the blinds have allowed us to sit outside and watch the weather with no effect on us. Aisha was really fabulous and explained everything thoroughly and she was able to help our daughter with her blinds. She’s almost family now!!

I found just Quality to be fair and reasonable with their quote and product. I found the job was completed at a reasonable time as I made myself available for them to measure up and when installing. I give them a thumbs up.

I am an 87 year old lady with this warning. Keep well away from this appallingly awful situation I found myself in. Signed a quote in August 22, nothing happened. Paid them money. Walked into their office in January 23 and the job finally got started. Question their work practices with no harness, scaffolding or hard hats. Could not identify the box gutter outlet, said it was a vent or whirly-bird and wanted to close it off. Alltogether a horrible experience with no quality whatever. Ignored basic questions or did not know the answer. I wanted the job made good because of damage and withheld a small sum. This process is written into their quote. They summonsed me immediately to the Magistrates Court without negotiation. Poor value for money, but that is all they know about. Stay well away.

I have never been more compelled to write a review. I've never had anything like this happen to me and I want to warn everyone about this company. I wanted to get my roof cleaned, treated and painted. After having a couple estimates between $4,000 & 4,500 Just Quality came out to give me one. The man got on a ladder and assessed my roof. He explained that Just Quality could not just paint it because of the level of standard they hold for the work that they do. He then went around my house explaining to me and showing me bolts that were sticking up and out of the roof that all needed to be replaced. There was a dented and rusted panel that he said needed to be replace. There were panels that were not flush along the top of the roof that needed to be flattened out. Their price came to 5,471. I went ahead and trusted his more detailed analysis of my roof. After postponing and lack of communication they finally came out to do the job. One day of cleaning and then painting a few days later. When it was all done all of the bolts that needed to be replaced are all clearly still sticking out. The dented/rusted panel was still there. The top of the roof edges that needed to be flatted out are still not flush. I called one of the guys who did the job and asked him about all the work that had not been done and he said "The Wind" pulled the bolts up last night and he would come and fix them. I never heard from Just Quality again until they demanded me to pay the balance. I explained there were still things that were not completed and the man got angry with me and told me to refer to the contract. I admit I didn't go over the contract with a microscope because I trusted the man standing in my kitchen who explained everything to my wife and I. Just Quality comes in and says whatever it takes to get you to sign the contract and then does low quality work. Anybody in Adelaide would be better than them.
