Have never had a bad experience at Kensington Vets. All the vets and nurses are very caring and kind to my cats (even when they are behaving badly!). Eg both my cats had urinary problems/crystals and getting them in asap (as this can be very dangerous to cats) wasn't an issue and they were seen that day. They are always happy to help accommodate last minute appointments, emergencies etc. The costs are probably on par with other vets but what makes the difference is the caring attitude.

I have been taking my dogs here for almost 9 years, and even though I moved out of the area I still do the half hour drive back to see Max's favorite vet "Cathy!" They are caring, patient and explain everything to you in layman's terms, highly recommended!

Kensington Vet is a lovely, calm, competent place where you know your animal gets the best possible treatment and attention. Very happy with the thorough service.

Dog was booked in for surgery and the entire team did a great job of giving us amazing insight into what to expect and how to care for her afterwards. Cannot thank the team enough, thoroughly believe everyone should be taking their dog/cat to this facility as the team really do care for the animals.

We had been to 2 other veterinary clinics before Kensington Veterinary Clinic. We struggled to find a Vet we could really trust and felt were 100% honest until we stumbled across KVC. Dr. Jane Gibb looked after our little girl Honey. Jane personally took Honey to Advance Vetcare for further testing as we were quite busy. Our little girl passed away as she had cancer. We took comfort in knowing she was in the right hands and the care for her was second to none. We cannot recommend this clinic and Jane enough. It is always clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly, caring and genuine.

We have been taking our dogs here for over 6 years and would recommend them to anyone. The staff are friendly and very caring and the practice has a lovely atmosphere. I trust the vets here totally and they have been wonderful through good times and bad. Can't speak highly enough of their service!

We have been taking our 2 cats and 2 dogs to Kensington Vet since they were born (approx. 10 years). Kathy and the team are the ONLY vets we would trust. They do an incredible job. The team are honest, caring and spend enough time to ensure that we and our animals are happy. One of our cats has been very sick with toxoplasmosis and has been afforded an excellent level of care. We also adopted one of our dogs from KVC, who they found abandoned, required a leg amputation, and needed a new home. Again, Kathy and co have been wonderful through the whole process and love seeing our dog when we bring her back.

Kensington Vets is clean and efficiently run. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They have a good range of products: food and treats, bedding and other.

Great vets, they are very caring and friendly and have fairly priced services. I had bad experiences at other vets but I had no worries with this one.

I had my little kitten treated here and over the course of his 6 week treatment I got to met every vet that works here. Each one is great. They are all patient and genuinely care about the well being of your pet. They are open late on certain days which is great for people who work long days.

Never had to wait long before my appointment either.
