This vet has not only saved 1 of my pets life's but then took my other pet in immediately upon seeing he was suffering from a painful dental condition. They took him into immediate care whereas I had taken him to another vet ( so called community one) and they sent him home and set up an appointment for 7 days later. So when I went to the Kensington vets and they placed him as an emergency and his dental problem fixed the next day, I knew I had found a really caring & affordable vets . And guess what it was cheaper then the so called local community veterinary hospital.

I have a cat and dog who are patients of Kathy and Mandy. My dog became quite ill late last year and Kathy and Mandy did the very best in ensuring she received the best possible care. It is the only vet clinic where my dog runs into and then runs straight into the consult because she loves everyone at the clinic. Even though we no longer live in Kensington, there's no other vet I would trust with my babies. Service is second to none and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

to start with, the most compassionate, caring and patient vets i have ever been too - don't rush you, ask lots of questions, take time to relax your pet and build rapport with them. if that isn't enough, they have also been able to provide a far broader range of treatment options rather than rushing to surgery or blowing me off - they've been able to give me lots of informations on some brand new treatments and some medications not yet released. They also offered a really expensive medication at a subsidised price. I used to go to the lost dogs home vet because i always wanted to support a charity organisation if possible, but the level or care and knowledge here is so much better i couldn't go anywhere else now.

I now live 25Km from the clinic but i still take my fur kids there as i have full trust and confidence in them and they try to work with you as in trying to get my fur baby ready before peak hour traffic so we could get home early and safe

This is the most caring and professional vets I have ever used. I have no hesitation in recommending them, lovely staff and nothing is too much trouble. Their prices are reasonable too.

The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Once you've been a few times, they know you and your pets. They send you reminders for vaccinations, and give advice over the phone if you don't need to bring your pet in. On dog desexing they were slightly more expensive than other quoted prices, but we went with them anyway for the excellent service and their long term support for the health of our pets.

KVC is where we take our two cats for checkups and procedures. We have always found all the staff to be freindly and helpful, particulary the receptinist lady. We have just got a puppy and we will be taking her in too.

I have 3 cats and a dog and i am reluctant of vets as have had bad experiences, these ladies have time for you, dont rush you out the door, ask you questions and answer any question with patience.. I have moved 40 min away and tossing whether the drive is too far for my fur babies

We take both our dog and cat to Kensington Vet. Even though we are no longer living in Kensington, we travel about 25 mins to get there because of the special treatment that they give our pets.
