This is a small clinic with one chiro, a receptionist and a masseuse, all of whom are amazing and friendly. The chiro always asks about my general health, and encourages me to exercise, without being naggy. Out of all the things I've tried, I've found that chiro is the only thing that fixes my restless leg syndrome. And the masseuse has magic hands.

This is a great little local family-owned supermarket. They stock a pretty good range of products, especially Italian groceries. Some of the things are a little more than big chain prices, but some things are way less, like their coffee. They have their own deli, butcher, and bakery. I used to live round the corner, but even now I've moved two suburbs away, I still go their every weekend for the bread.

I have haircut phobia. I hate getting my hair cut, and I always have to go home and shower straight after, because I have little hair bits all over. But I actually enjoy going to Anthony's. The staff are all really friendly, they'll make you a cup of tea, make you feel comfy if you have to wait, and they make allowances for my hair phobia too! Their prices are pretty standard, but for someone used to paying barber prices, it's pretty expensive.

I love the range of mainstream and alternative movies shown here. There are many cinemas allowing a wide range of films, so you can always find something you like. There are pretty good deals on tickets. Sometimes the ticket lines are pretty long, but only during peak times.

The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Once you've been a few times, they know you and your pets. They send you reminders for vaccinations, and give advice over the phone if you don't need to bring your pet in. On dog desexing they were slightly more expensive than other quoted prices, but we went with them anyway for the excellent service and their long term support for the health of our pets.

This store has a great range of camping and outdoor clothing. This is a small shopping strip outlet, so there's not much in the way of camping equipment, but their clothes and shoes are excellent. They also supply uniforms, badges and materials for the scout movement, and if they don't have what you need you can order it, or get it through mail order.

This is a fabulous gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer bookstore. The range of books is excellent, as is the range of current magazines and newspapers. They also sell dvds, stickers and a small range of jewellery and accessories. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and you can even bring your dog!

The range of products is amazing - I can nearly always find what I want. The specials, especially on plants, are great. The only negative is that it is sometimes hard to get assistance. You usually have to go searching for someone to help you. But when you do get assistance, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The range of vouchers make excellent presents for handy friends.

Popped in this morning for a coffee and a chai latte. Only people in the cafe, which seems odd, given that it's a public holiday today? Coffee was quite good.
