And it's three for three on reviews here. I would concur with the poor rating of this KFC outlet. Unfortunately it's my closest one and on the way to and from so many places.

If you decide to eat in the tables are messy, and the bins are usually full. There are only about three people who work in this shop? One on the drive through and one at the counter, not sure what the other one does. They appear young and terribly inexperienced. They don't know the menu and if you ask for something different, as I sometimes do ... then it's a major drama.

If you do through drive through, check your order before you drive away. Last time thank goodness there was no one behind me because I reversed back into the drive in window to ask where my other chips were and why I had no salt on the chicken strips which I has specifically asked the previous two people for.

Please go somewhere else ... there are much better KFC places than this. And to think they charge you the amount they do for sub-standard service and formularized chicken.

My best friend lives in Altona, and this isn't the place for a quick meal. We've waited in the waiting bay ( car park ) with half of our meals, and by the time we get the other half the food we started with is cold.
Everytime we've been we've gotten either the wrong order, or something missing. So please, hold up the long drive thru cue and check your meal before leaving

This is possibly the worst KFC in Australia. The staff are all young, bored, and disinterested in providing any form of service at all. They are inefficient, the restaurant itself is always messy, and if you order more than 2 items they always get it wrong, and you end up paying for things that you ordered but didnt get. Avoid it like the plague.
