The staff you deal with are experienced in what they do and they know if the products work or not as they are mothers themselves. They are very helpful.

Very cute little shop, helpful sales staff, items are not the generic mass things in most baby stores so the prices are slightly higher but all quality.

I'm surprised to hear that other people have received great service from Kid Essentials because the times I've been there I don't think their staff have ever approached me, or given me the time of day when I had queries about particular items. Their range is small but good quality and fair prices, I just wonder why I'm not getting the service everyone else is getting!

Agree with the other rater, small shop but a good range of items (baby to small person) are available to look at and they also have some second hand items which is great when on a budget conscious. I would be happy to shop here again.

These guys don't have a huge store but I have found there customer service to be great. Whether in person or over the phone I have found them very helpful.
