Delivery guarantee is a joke! Goods were picked up in Sydney, but then shipped to Melbourne to be put on a ship! It took over a month for them to even leave Australia!!

We were never told this to begin with, and were informed it would take 6-8 weeks... not 6-8 weeks and another month because they just left it sitting in a port.

Approximate cost: $6000

Horrible customer service. Initially submitted an brief inventory list and recieved an est online quote of $5000 Melb to HK. Contact them through HK shipping agency without knowing King and Wilson was the partnered company and arranged home survey.

The dude who gave me the first quote called me back with and attitude sounding very pissed off esp after knowing we havent packed yet( well duh) and cancelled the home survey. Dont really understand how this company can run internationally with such attitude

Unfortunately this company was responsible for delivering our shipment from Switzerland. They are unprofessional and disjointed. They use a lot of contractors and take no responsibility for their actions. Contractors started late. There were not enough people to complete the job correctly in a day. I had to unpack most of the boxes myself when we paid for an unpacking service. Towards the end of the day when they were running out of time they just tipped out the contents of the boxes onto the beds and the floors. We have damaged and wobbly furniture. One of the delivery boys dropped the remote to our garage in a drain and could not retrieve it. When speaking with King & Wilson they are taking not accountability and have not arranged for a replacement over a week later. One wardrobe was left unbuilt, a week later they sent a handyman who left without building it and not even explaining to us why. King & Wilson did not contact me and still have not organized for the wardrobe to be built. They are not specialists. The whole experience has been tiring and upsetting. Find someone else please.

I have contacted the company for an international move. However the consultant assigned wanted payment before the move & I sent a bank cheque. Another consultant (2nd. consultant) confirmed my move. Then 3 hrs. the 2nd. consultant told me she did not receive the cheque. She cancelled my move. Despite pleading with the 2nd. consultant 3 times she was adamant in cancelling the move. This was some 15 hrs. before the move (i.e. 3.50pm the previous day & the move was scheduled to be 7am the next day) & moreover I have a booked plane abroad 9 hrs. later but it all went to deaf ears. Think about this

FYI - personal feedback on King & Wilson.

My father in law died recently & I asked King & Wilson to assist in packing his belongings at his nursing home and convent. A delicate task requiring sensitivity and speed.

King & Wilson have been exemplary - swift response, professional and experienced men who were utterly professional and worked in a caring manner at the nursing home. Inventory splitting and all of the administration requirements all taken care of competently.

For my mind, fantastic service.

Shipped from Sydney to USA, Company move – Initial communication was good. The real problems started when all their promises made to my wife to make this the most successful move ever, unraveled. We could not get anyone to take responsibility for our move, nor return our calls. There seemed a total disregard to the stress we were going through and a complete communication breakdown from their office in Australia and the crew in the US. We are settled at home now but needed to share this for other families who may be moving in the future to be cautious of using this company.

Shipped from Sydney to Auckland NZ, Slow to pack ended up helping them, they loaded the boxes to heavy for the removal guys and they damaged our floor really bad, they sent I guy to quote to get it fixed but never came to the party and paid for the damage. Never returned phone calls or emails.

These guys were great. We had moved over from the Uk and the house we planned to rent became unavailable - We had no-where for the furniture to go. The K&W staff took charge and sorted out storage at the last minute - they kept telling me not to worry and that they'll take care of it all for me - which they did - really impressed.

When I did finally manage to get a place they arranged a time at our convenience, turned up in a clean truck and quickly moved all our goods into the house. They were quick, help full and courteous. Really professional to do with and highly recommended - thanks

Shipment of household effects from the UK. Lost forms, never returned phone calls, misplaced payments, stuffed up delivery and were generally incompetent and the staff are really rude.
