I used to suffer from frequent headaches & migrains. My remedial massage therapist really knew what he was doing. I do not suffer from headaches like I used to and am happy to say that I no longer take medication to prevent my migrains. I am on the mend.
I would have liked more massage though, rather than poking and probing so to speak. It felt more like I was visiting a physio rather than a massage therapist. But excellent results!
