Kleanmaster saved the day when my daughter and family were scheduled to move the next morning into their recently purchased 1980s house. the carpets had looked okay first, but later with the house empty, we realized that they were, indeed, dirty and smelly. After my urgent but unanswered calls to other carpet cleaners on that Sunday afternoon, kleanmaster answered, John came over, and did the job all within several hours. He and his partner accomplished a very un-rushed, thorough, and effective job at a reasonable price. they even voluntarily sent his crew out the next day to re-stretch a small area that had bumped up in the process. We will call them again without reservation and highly recommended!!

1. Cleaners spoke no english
2. Asked to be paid in advance
3. Did not clean tiles as agreed for the amount
4. Over charged
5. Despite repeated calls and emails - no one from their office has responded
Complete rip off - dodgy company

After we had our ducts cleaned and sealed by Kleanmaster, our house has been noticeably cleaner with less dust build-up on our black lacquer furniture. More importantly, they were able to seal off an estimated 64 sq. in. hole in my ductwork using Aeroseal, which is equivalent to about 22% of the airflow my furnace puts out.

Wait, does that make sense?

I was losing 22% of the performance of my HVAC system! That's ridiculous.

We have better airflow in our bedroom now, which means we don't have to close registers downstairs in order to push air to the bedrooms upstairs and we can set our thermostat lower because the house heats and cools more evenly now.

I wasn't able to stay home to watch the process, but my wife's biggest observation was how comfortable she felt alone with the their service team in our home. She normally gets weirded out, but she said the guys were very polite and professional.

Highly recommended.

Was quoted $25 per duct and charged $40. When I contacted business to express my disappointment I was told that extra cleaning had been provided, although I was not given the option for this and was just charged extra. Then manager threatened a defamation suit if we gave a bad review - oh well...
