Their door greeter woman verbally abused me for walking through the supposed 'wrong entrance' and asked me to go back outside and walk in again to avoid 'causing confusion'. Needless to say, they lost me as a customer.

This is store is outstanding, I go there a lot actually, it has great deals and the customer service there is excellent, I went in and there were multiple staff members around to help me, everything was buzzing & the store looked super organised, everyone has certain things to do and everything! TOP NOTCH. Everyone go shop there!

Good large store, it is brilliant that it is open 24 hours and close to coles. good sized car park.

I used to enjoy attending this store at night but the night worker called Wayne is so offensive it has made the shopping experience so unpleasant i no longer shop there

I love that it's open 24hrs so convient, It always has a great variety of products and well stocked shelves. Its not always easy to find a staff member when you need, but the price check area is great. The burwood plaza can be difficult to park especially when Kmart are having a sale.

Very necessary.. we go here a lot before trips or on Friday nights after midnight, love the 24 hrs..quite good range but only basics for house and the tools are usually useless, good for movies, very good for toys.

Great place, convenience location. A lot of toys, my son love this store. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place is tidy and clean expect there is monster stock take.

Really untidy and disorganised store, however staff are quite helpful, and willing to help you out finding things.

Fantastic shop for insomniacs that ant to get out of the house as this store is open 24hours. Finding a car park during the day when big sales are on can be a problem, but if your a 3am shopper like me, it's a piece of pie.

Have been several times, when in the area in the morning when no others are open. They seem to have the stock that I need and the staff they have on know where things are. I like their digital ticket displays, they look cool.
