Make sure you get everything in writing, especially prices. Had a verbal agreement on price, but later received an invoice of many times more. Refused to pay more than verbally agreed upon and they advised they would commence legal action. My biggest mistake was trusting their word, again make sure you get it all in writing or it may be open slather when the invoice arrives. EDIT: its concerning their public response below (now edited) breaches confidentiality by revealing personal details of the complaint.

Nothing is too much trouble and they handle all matters in a private and punctual manner. BEST THING WE EVER DID WAS CHANGE TO KNOX TAX!

Very happy with my tax that I had done. Rachelle was excellent and I recommend her, and ofter tell people to go. Was not a problem even with my complicated shares. (well I find them complicated, was really easy for them) Price was reasonable as well and reception was very friendly. An overall easy experiance with the dreaded tax.

We have been getting our tax done by Coral and her team for a few years now and have nothing but great things to say about the service! I believe they also do financial planning, business start ups, insurance loans etc but haven't yet used these services. Highly recommended!
