I would have to agree with Chocolitte Melbourne in Saying that it's the BEST chocolate in Melbourne. They have so many different flavours and the taste is absolutely mind blowing! Little pieces of heaven!

Chocoholics paradise. Right in the heart of Carlton North, it has a very European feel. Get the staff to recommend something to you. Then go for a long walk to get rid of all those calories. You can get there on the 96 tram! A good place to take visitors to Melbourne.

It's a must for chocolate lovers. I might say it's the best chocolate in Melbourne...

Though you might have to wait to get a table on the weekends, still a good place to hang out too....

For me, it was so incredible when I know that a place like this does exist in town, close to home....

Friendly service, great chocolate drink, hot or cold, what more can I say!!! Typical hot chocolate drink cost around $5 and the cold one $6. Sometimes, it can be quite difficult to get a table, especially during weekend night. My tip: Just be patience, it worth it!!

Chocolate lovers- this place is divine! The most amazing hot chocolate and chocolate mousse ever. Hot chocolates made with real chocolate are the bomb- i love them. So rich, so smooth, so delicious. Dieters- avoid this place, not for the gym junkie, veer away from asap. For those who know we only live once and enjoy the occasional treat- do visit.

This outlet of Koko Black doesn't have the same charisma as the Royal Arcade store, nor do you get to ogle the chocolatier in the window, but hey, for a quality chocolate hit, you can't go past these guys. We stopped by for hot chocolates one cold afternoon this Winter, and were seduced by the selection of chocolates to bring home. The service was warm, and the staff were helpful as we made our selections.

koko black is incredible!!! best chocolate shop in melbourne ... it is a little pricy but it is very much worth it ... what makes the experience very unique is the excellent service you get from the friendly staff .. I vote THE BEST PLACE IN MELBOURNE

Amazing chocolate However the only problem with service when the salon is too busy...the variety is great and would match the different tastes and preferences...Koko Black particularly has the best hot chocolate ever..I strongly recommend it

If I could find a way to get here every single day I would! This would have to be the most amazing chocolate restaurant that I've ever been to. The chocolate is awesome, whether hot, cold or solid! It is all amazing, and has a great home made taste without being sickly sweet. Mmmm, mmm, mmm.

The chocolate is good, very good really however the service is hopeless. I have been there a couple of times and trying to get someone to take your order is a bit tricky. If you are need of chocolate and have time on your hands it is not a bad places.
