Stayed here for a family weekend away and would go back in a heart beat lovely cozy and spacious rooms very clean and tidy and close to all amenities and a short stroll to the beautiful beaches the staff are so very lovely makes for a very enjoyable stay

We had a great time here. The kids love the place. It's clean and accomodating. The vast greens and the lake was so calming. That's my favorite part.

the Kondari offer very affordable clean accommodation in an amazing setting- magnificent gardens and lake- has swimming pool - there's a wonderful bottle shop for take away drinks- an amazing restaurant with wonderful menu - daily specials- all at affordable rates - salad n vegetable & soup bar- a weekly BBQ - a sports bar with lunch box meals too
a great functions room - the staff are all friendly- a fabulous place to done with kids too - the Kondari is the place for young n old- wonderful parking but also a courtesy bus and on the bus line- close to shops and marina and the botanical gardens-

Everytime we go to hervey bay we always go to the Kondari, very relaxed, agood experience. The staff there are very helpful

We stayed two nights in a Lakeside Studio room. The resort was obviously quite old but the room was clean and comfortable. There was air conditioning and a large flat screen TV. The location is lovely and very quiet, if you don't mind wildlife noises which I love. The food is very good and great value for money. I'll be going back.

Great place to take the family. They provide great facilities, although they are a little out-dated. The meals are excellent value with an all-you-can-eat salad buffet to accompany your meals. The kids meal deals are great with a drink and ice cream. There is plenty to keep the kids entertained with skill tester machines and ducks and turtles to feed (they even provided the bread.) Eating on the deck, overlooking the pond gave a lovely relaxing atmosphere. It has become a regular place to visit for lunch for our family and they have different specials on nights throughout the week.

The kondari is a great place to go, you can enjoy a meal, have a drink with mates, play pokies or have a bet at the tab. The environment is friendly and amusing. Great dinner specials .

i loved visiting Kondari, The place is a great environment for the family to have a great day out. a place to catch up with friends for a drink or two after work and chance at luck on the pokies. i would recommend this place for a nice lunch too

The Kondari is just the most amazing place to take family- or go solo- kids love it too- wonderful lake and gardens- swimming pool for people staying in either cabins or motel- 2 bars- wonderful restaurant indoor and outdoor deck dining- a sports bar for punters- a pokies lounge- a wonderful place for weddings- seminars etc- live entertainment- poker games- and the menu is amazing- fantastic specials - kids eat free days- full hot & cold buffet - very friendly staff- courtesy bus- in the most fantastic location- close to famous pier and harbour- botanical gardens down the road- walking distance to shops and pier etc- Quality is very very good in all areas of this wonderful resort- while Kondari is a resort - anyone welcome to visit for lunch - dinner -gaming- walks in gardens and around the lake- turtles hatch kids love it- beer garden is great too - end of week free Bbq- also great kids parties arranged too - young and old just love this place-

Very pleasure able stay loved the 6.30am alarm clock. The 5 geese that came to our door for breakfast.The food was plentiful. Room was clean and tidy and the service was great. We are planning to come back. Xx We had a two for one night offer.

We stayed here over the weekend in a standard family room so we didn't have all of the extras but the restaurant in the hotel was great. I had a delicious reef and beef for only $20! The kids menu was pretty basic so considering most of the mains were only about $18, I let them loose and they had beautiful meals, too. This is obviously the place where the locals go because it was busy. Back to the resort. The surroundings are beautiful and even though it's winter they were just as well looked after. The pool looked beautiful and very inviting. Sat outside in the sun with a coffee and it was beautiful and peaceful. We've already booked for the next holidays! They have some great deals at awesome rates. I would definitely recommend them and we are returning!

Kondari Hotel is a great place to have lunch, dinner and meet with friends. Located on Elizabeth Street, Kondari is in a convent location not far from where my family and I live. Kondari have a sports bar and a dinning area which is provided with a separate bar. There is a seating area outside overlooking a beautiful lake and vegetation. The meals are reasonably priced and are good quality.

Kids love the food, the lake and gardens-- just another wonderful family friendly place- yes and courtesy bus-- walking distance to the Botanical gardens, Urangan plaza, the wonderful Marina, and clubs.

The meals provided by this establishment are the very est value that I have experienced in a good long while. You can get lunch and coffee for under $10. There are a choice of at least 8 - 10 meals to choose from, including steak, for the same low price. The food is expertly prepared and the smorgasbord salad bay is always full and fresh. Excellent service.
