Had a problem with pilot light not igniting on the HWS. Called Steve as he installed the HWS for me about 5 yrs ago. He arrived within an hour, and found the problem was a blocked mixing tube. He cleaned it out, then pilot lit up successfully. Steve is always prompt, friendly and does great work. Highly recommend him.

I was able to get Steve on the phone straight away for a blocked pipe, he gave me a reasonable quote sight unseen and was around in the morning, and let me know when he was running late.

I called Steve because our HWS had stopped heating. He answered quickly and said he would come as soon as he had completed the emergency job he was doing. He arrived earlier than he estimated and got started right away. As the 20yo HWS needed replacement, he had one delivered within the hour and installed it immediately. His price was very reasonable and exactly as quoted.
I enjoy dealing with straightforward, honest and competent people and Steve was certainly that. I would be happy to use him again.

Our sewer drain developed a blockage on the weekend. I called Steve early Monday morning and he advised that he would be available in the afternoon. He arrived as arranged and quickly cleared the drains from the house to the main sewer line by the back fence. As the main sewer also appeared to be partially blocked he arranged for Yarra Valley Water to undertake the necessary work to fix that problem.

Steve was professional, prompt and friendly and was prepared to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to contact him
in the future if I was in need of a good plumber who didn't overcharge.

Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Gave an oral quote for fixing a leaking shower and ended up only needing to replace taps but still wanted to be paid the same amount.

Replacement of toilet. Attended promptly. Despite some difficulties with the installation instructions, Steve did a great job, keeping me informed throughout with what he was doing. He kept the work area very clean. Highly recommend his services.

Konstant Maintenance came to fix my blocked toilet and after trying the plunger 4-5 times said he cannot fix it as it is outside the premises and is the body corp. problem. He spent 2 min on the job and demanded the full amount. I asked him he can charge his call out fee but started shouting and in the end got the full amount from me. Anyone looking for plumber do not hire these guys only after easy job where he can just use his plunger and rob you of your money. Then i got another plumber who used some motor with coil and unblocked my toilet from inside.

Found Steve on this website and called him based on your previous good reviews. We have used Steve twice now, he is brilliant. Great communication, fitted us in for an urgent job, even came around 7am on a Saturday. Steve is on time and very reliable and gets the job done. Thanks mate!

This company was recommended by a friend and they did not fail to deliver. Great service and very friendly people to deal with.

Emailed Steve yesterday afternoon regarding a blocked gully trap. He phoned me back within the hour and arranged to come out the next morning. He arrived promptly and began the work. Used the eel to clear the drain, replaced a seal and changed a washer. Steve worked efficiently, all the while explaining what he was doing. His charge for the work was very acceptable when you consider what a lot of tradies charge.
I would definitely use Steve again when I require plumbing work. He has a "can do"attitude, is extremely pleasant and is concerned with customer satisfaction.

After a phone conversation and follow up site inspection i felt like i should right a review. Although i didn't get any work done due to a few unexpected things that have have up. Blocked storm water drain. Steve took 20 minutes to get his machine out of his overloaded van, spent about ten minutes on the job, said he couldn't do it, spent another 20 minutes packing up and charged $300 for the privilege. Said the drain would need to be replaced and quoted $4,000. What a ripoff. Note - advertised in "we save you money" under heading "Unblockages are me". Also refused to honour discount voucher from same advert.

I had a mixer tap at my cafe that needed replacing. Found Steve's details here on WOMO, called him first thing in the morning and he said he could come in the afternoon.
His workmanship was excellent and he gave me a couple of options for the replacement, depending on my budget.

Needed a tap replacement job done. We waited half a day the day before for a different plumber who never turned up or answer our calls or sms. We gave Steve a call that afternoon and he came the following morning and got the job done. Price was reasonable and he did a great job. Pretty happy with the service and will use Konstant Maintenance again.

Steve wastes no time. He was at my door in the morning about half an hour before he said he'd be there and I was his first plumbing emergency for the day! He didn't waste any time chatting, he was straight into it like a surgeon, stopping only to ask me to turn a tap on here, plug in something there. Only when he finished did he accept a cup of coffee and sit down to discuss what had happened. A real pro. He fixed my blocked sewerage drain nightmare like unplugging a sink. Amazing.

Thanks Steve for coming so promptly. He didn't charge me for a call out for a presumed false alarm with the gas hot water system. I did get him to do a second job with a leaky tap and he completed the work straight away without fuss. Very friendly and would definitely use again.

We had a leaking tap in the rear of out house, ended up the tap fell apart due to rust and there was a crack in the pipe. Steve was very efficient, and fixed everything well and in good time.

Put the call into Steve at 8.30am for a blocked drain, he said he would be available around lunchtime. I sms'd my husbands details and ask that he be contacted at least 30mins prior to attending as my husband would needd to get home from work. Not an issue, he called and was out at the time expected. Completed the job without a fuss.
