Had problems a few weeks ago with the pilot light on my hot water system continually going out. Greg came to fix it the day after I called him. He replaced the thermostat and that solved the problem. Greg was friendly and efficient & I' d highly recommend him.

Great service - have been a member for a few years and used them several times. Recently had Toula caring for my cat whilst I was away and she was keen to meet before the booking started. She was lovely and I felt confident that all would be well. Returned home to find a relaxed & happy cat, which was wonderful. Highly recommend the service and Toula.
Had a problem with pilot light not igniting on the HWS. Called Steve as he installed the HWS for me about 5 yrs ago. He arrived within an hour, and found the problem was a blocked mixing tube. He cleaned it out, then pilot lit up successfully. Steve is always prompt, friendly and does great work. Highly recommend him.

For times when you don't have any friends or family available to house or pet sit, this is a fantastic service. It's very reassuring knowing that you can leave your pet at home where they feel the most comfortable and safe.
I have used the service twice with both Julie & Val taking care of my shy cat. On both occasions I have returned home to find my cat happy & relaxed, with the mail collected and everything else just as I left it.

Steve is now my plumber of choice so I called on him again, this time for a leaking pipe in the front yard. Nice muddy job for first thing in the morning! Same great quality of service & he always makes sure you are happy with his work before he leaves.
Our hot water system was flooding everywhere & when Steve inspected it yesterday he advised that it needed to be replaced. He recommended an energy efficient gas unit & came back first thing this morning to install it. He was extremely thorough, professional, trustworthy & took pride in his workmanship. He even fixed a leak on the gas line going into our ducted heating unit! We chose Steve's business because of all the wonderful reviews on this site & are very pleased to find out that the reviews were well and truly warranted. He did a fantastic job, and we will definitely be calling him again for any work we need done. Cost for the new unit & installation was $1650 which involved 3 hrs of work & disposal of the old unit.
Highly recommended!
