I cannot believe Kratzmann Caravans, absolutely unbelievable.

Because I didn't purchase my new motorhome from them they are refusing to do any service for me.

Graham who is apparently the head of sales is so annoyed that I didn't purchase my new $175,000 motorhome from him that he is refusing to do any service and installation of new equipment.

I wanted them to install an inverter, diesel heater and slide out BBQ, about $8k in stuff and they refused ?

Absolutely unbelievable and it was probably a very wise choice not to purchase from Kratzmann Caravans in the first place because like now I am getting absolutely zero service which seems to be similar to many of the comments online.

Be very aware when you are dealing with Kratzmann Caravans that you are dealing with a business with no moral standards, no business standards, no ethical standards and absolutely no customer service values to not support a product that they are a dealer for but not purchased from them.

Be very aware and stay away

I bought my new caravan just over 5 years ago, and was not too impressed with the staff efficiency. The offer of a trade-in on my old van was pathetic, and I sold it privately for 10 times what they offered as a trade-in. The after sales service was equally pathetic, and that is the reason why I am now looking for a new van elsewhere.

I bought my van from the Burpengary branch but since I have had a service on my van through the Virginia branch once and found that their service was friendly I though I would share it. Booked in with Rachael who went through the service and other questions we had. When we turned up there was no hassles and they came out to look at the van with my wife and I to run though our other items. They called 2 days after to let us know it was ready to pick up. Paid a bit more to have it serviced at Kratzmann's but well worth it. Great to deal with.

Approximate cost: $445

Brought a new Franklin van from them in 2009. Great to deal with while making the purchase. Didn't want to know me when I had a warranty issue won't even return my calls. No way would I recommend them. Take the time to do your research, you are sure to find a better dealer. Am going to buy a new van but I will certainly be doing my homework before making any commitment. Once bitten twice shy.

Bought a van from kratzmans asked for a quote for accessories. Never contacted me with quote. Told me they would prepare van for transport. Van arrived damaged bits fallen off TV lying on van floor. Contacted them where not interested. They have no aftersales service and would be one of the worst companies I have had to deal with, would never recommend them. They are friendly and helpful till you pay your money after that In their words " It's not our problem"

Approximate cost: $60000

We saw a van on the internet, contacted Kratzmanns, organised a trade in price for our old van and an agreed purchase price for the new one. We drove from Newcastle to Brisbane to complete the deal. We are very happy

Approximate cost: $33000
