best Malaysian restaurant in Melbourne. Authentic flavours and dishes, Nasi Lemak was simply delicious.

Gone here quite frequently over the years. Have really enjoyed the food. Great range of dishes available and the staff are really nice. Happy to be open late to accommodate after dinner chats. Jenny has been incredibly accommodating with adjusting spicyness and giving recommendations.

Great food, specialty dish is their Hainanese Chicken, Chicken Nonya, better than soem of the most prestigious CBD Malaysian restaurant.
Very accomodating for big group and assistance with number of dishes and tastebuds very good.

Great food for reasonable prices ! Personal faves are the milk butter pork spare ribs, five star spiced chicken ribs and their roast duck. staff are also very friendly to chat with. Definitely an old favourite in Carnegie.

I didn't think the food was of very high quality at all. There was a lot of it, but I'd rather have less at a higher quality.
The waitress spilt the soup on the table and then just gave it to me. I thought that she was going to go and get somethign to clean it up and replace the soup, but this wasn't the case. I was expected to sit with spilt soup and eat the remaining half.
Not impressed whatsoever.

Authentic, decent priced malaysian restaurant. Service is efficient and friendly. Beef with X.O sauce is a must try. And the balacan kangkung too.

Have been here on many occasions for dinner, as well as lunch and yum cha. It is very relaxed atmosphere where nothing is a hassle. Food is delicious and brought to hot. Has a big variety on the menu. Definately would recommend this place for dinning

The food here is amazing and incredibly well priced. Service has in the past been very hit and miss however, a new team assembled at the beginning of 2011 is great. They're attentive and will offer suggestions if you're there for the first time.
The Coconut Spicy Chicken is a must (I know someone who travels from Seaford just for it) and the Cantonese Steak melts in your mouth. Introduce the kids/teenagers to the Crispy Skin Chicken, tell them it's Asian KFC - I can guarantee they won't be asking for KFC the next time you suggest takeaway. Lime prawns are also a delight as is the Steamed Toothfish. Definately worth a visit and heaps of parking next to Safeway in the street behind. A convenient walk through mall gets you to the restaurant in literally seconds.

This restaurant was truly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We visited in December 2010 on a week night and the restaurant didn't appear to be very busy.

The entrees were all deep fried frozen food like you would find in a supermarket. We had a spring roll, prawn toast and a curry puff.

For our mains I ordered a Char Kuey Toew and it was very bland and I asked twice for chilli to season it and never received it. My husband ordered Nasi Lemak and he thought he had experienced better Nasi Lemak on the inflight menu on Malaysian airlines. We ordered additional drinks that never arrived despite there only being four other tables in the restaurant.

Overall not a good experience and we will not be going back.
