We love the Icescream up here. We always call here for an hour every couple of weekends and sit the kiddies down and we all have Icescream and wedges with sour cream!! We love it, it's so delicious and great price

Our family enjoys this cafe. When we go to mount cootha, hubby and I will grab the kids an ice cream each and we will grab a coffee and we will all sit and look over the great views of Brissy. Great prices and friendly staff.

Great cafe, I have been both here and the Summit restaurant next door and this cafe also serves great food and is less formal and cheaper. Still get a great view of Brissy, staff are friendly and meals are great.

friendly service, but system is a bit disorganised- to get a table number you need to bypass natural entry point. nice food but coffee not hot, despite being sent back, came again hotter but still not hot.

If you go to Mt Cootha then chances are you will get hungry. Luckily there is a reasonably good cafe, Kuta Cafe to help you out. What I enjoyed the most about this place above anything else was the magnificent view. It was extremely relaxing. As for the food, I would class it as pretty average, I don't think there was anything too spectacular there. The prices are also quite high for what you get. I negated the cost a little by liking their cafe page on facebook which in turn provided me with a buy one get one free cake deal which can be used Mon - Friday and valid for about 4 weeks. Would have been better if it worked on weekends. Not too worry though I am on holidays and was still able to use it. Service was very good, I can't complain there. Overall, nice view, ok food (could be better) but too expensive, hence why it only gets three stars.

Love this place at sunset for dinner or for dessert . The cakes are scrumptious and displayed lovingly in the case. The views outside are stupendous. We usually have fish and chips around $20 and drinks. The food is always hot, fresh and the staff are always clean, attentive and helpful.the fish has always been great and the chips are crispy, salads fresh and inviting. Plenty of room inside or out. Have frequented the establishment for years and cant remember having a problem with anything. Some great photos taken from the balcony

Great place to have a coffee and cake or a something more substantial while you take in the superb views. Staff are friendly and the service is quite good.

Make sure you choose a table before ordering and be prepared for the weather during the cooler months.

A must do for anyone living in or just visiting Brisbane.

For the best view of Brisbane city and a delicious Norgen Vaaz ice cream in a waffle cone, you can't get any better than this place up on the mountain. The views are spectacular and a must-see for visiting foreign guests. Though we only had ice cream ($4.20 for a single cone) the menu caters for all day dining including coffee, devonshire teas and kids meals. Would love to return again soon for something more substantial.
